Presidential Reserve Product Revamp

This was a product relaunch I led for introducing a new product line to CLUB WYNDHAM’s Presidential Reserve Members, an elite group of owners who have the highest status of ownership. They receive perks such as advanced booking options, gifts, and more.

The purpose of this re-launch? We changed their luxury products from a brand they were familiar with to a new line “Aromatherapy Associates” products. I wanted to address the change but brand it very carefully, since Presidential Reserve Members are very particular about their benefits. I implemented the tagline "Change can be radiant," which can be seen in the first piece (a tent card) placed in the bathroom of each visitor. The collateral that followed was an ipad flyer, social media posts and a memo from the Chief Marketing Officer, all of which I wrote. I worked with the designer for the creative, successfully leading the relaunch with welcome feedback from our customers.
